I mean ask any decent player about sheet dps and they tell you the same. Lastly I'm not here to bash on people or anything, but any DH that runs cluster arrow with no +fire damage and -resource cost and shining his great sheet dps is just.

Cindercoat and Magefists are super strong for this build, I was lucky enough to also find SoJ with +elite damage +fire damage which boosted this significantly This build runs around having +cluster arrow and +fire damage wherever you can and fit out rest with resource cost reduction. Myself I prefer as passives: Bloody Vengence (lots of health globes drop in rifts allowing your to spam nuke those clusters), Night Stalker (pretty standard, works nicely with Preparation -> Punishment rune for even more damage), Archery and Cull of the Weak (this is objectable but in most cases there is someone in your party who can slow down enemies, if not then I swap this one around)

I agree for most part here as a DH myself I find that in rifts single out is complete garbage, it is only useful for rift bosses and very often not even on them as they spawn adds, as for steady aim because of density and how rifts are designed you are often surrounded by mobs from every direction making this also very uneffective passive.
